  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that cancellation requests are communicated to Style And Spirituality Pvt. Ltd. in writing and within the specified timeframe outlined in the Service Agreement or Contract.

7. Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek mediation or pursue other legal remedies as provided for in the Service Agreement or Contract and applicable laws.

8. Changes to Policy:

  • Style And Spirituality Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.
