These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. , a digital marketing and website designing agency (“Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services:

  • Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. offers digital marketing and website designing services including but not limited to website development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content creation, video editing and graphic design.
  • All services provided are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.
  • Clients are responsible for the content provided to Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.

3. Payments:

  • Payment terms and amounts will be agreed upon before the commencement of any services.
  • Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
  • All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

4. Intellectual Property:

  • All intellectual property rights in materials created by Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. shall remain the property of Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided by Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. solely for their intended purpose.

5. Confidentiality:

  • Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the client’s consent unless required by law.

6. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.
  • Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services at any time without cause with a prorated refund for any prepaid but unused services.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
  • In no event shall Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd.’ total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.

8. Modifications:

  • Style And Spirituality Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Clients are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

9. Governing Law:

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
